      "@value" : "Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται την πολιτική και γενικά τη στρατηγική που εφαρμόζουν οι αεροπορικές εταιρίες προκειμένου να διαχειρίζονται αποτελεσματικά τις δραστηριότητές τους, και στη συνέχεια μελετά πως εφαρμόζονται όλα αυτά σε μια συγκεκριμένη ευρωπαϊκή αεροπορική εταιρία. Σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο, η λειτουργία των αεροπορικών εταιριών επιτυγχάνεται μέσω του διαχειριζόμενου πράκτορα. Οι δραστηριότητες με τις οποίες ασχολείται ο πράκτορας αυτός είναι η πολιτική άρνησης επιβίβασης, η πολιτική ακύρωσης και καθυστέρησης των πτήσεων, η διαχείριση των επιβατών, των αποσκευών και του φορτίου, η εφαρμογή των κανόνων ασφαλείας για τη μεταφορά επικίνδυνων υλικών, η αντιμετώπιση των έκτακτων περιστατικών και των ατυχημάτων και η συμπλήρωση όλων των απαραίτητων εγγράφων για τη σωστή λειτουργία των πτήσεων. Η εφαρμογή του παραπάνω θεωρητικού πλαισίου γίνεται με τη μελέτη περίπτωσης της ολλανδικής εταιρίας transavia.com: εξετάζεται αναλυτικά πως η συγκεκριμένη εταιρία εφαρμόζει όλα τα παραπάνω κατά τη λειτουργία της."
