      "@value" : "Τα τελευταία χρόνια γινόμαστε μάρτυρες μιας από τις μεγαλύτερες αλλαγές στην καθημερινότητά μας: τη μετάβαση σε μια κοινωνία όπου η ασύρματη επικοινωνία παίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στην επικοινωνία των μελών της. Εκτός όμως από μέσο μεταφοράς ήχου και εικόνας, οι ασύρματες τηλεπικοινωνίες μπορούν να μετατρέψουν καθημερινές εργασίες ή παραγωγικές διεργασίες σε αυτοματοποιημένες διαδικασίες χωρίς την άμεση συμμετοχή χρηστών. Το ασύρματο δίκτυο αισθητήρων αποτελεί βασικό εργαλείο εφαρμογής της παραπάνω πρότασης, όπου μέσω της αυτόματης ανίχνευσης γεγονότων αναδεικνύει τις ασύρματες μεταδόσεις σε καθοριστικό μέσο αυτοματισμού πολλών διαδικασιών. Ταυτόχρονα με το παραπάνω, οι απεριόριστες δυνατότητες επικοινωνίας ανέδειξαν ένα σύνολο χρόνιων προβλημάτων που ταλανίζουν τις πόλεις σε διεθνές επίπεδο, αναδεικνύοντας τη σημαντικότητα τους. Πρωταγωνιστής αυτών, τα περιβαλλοντικά προβλήματα, τα οποία τέθηκαν πλέον υπό το πρίσμα του παγκόσμιου ενδιαφέροντος και κατέστησαν την αειφόρο ανάπτυξη ως τον ακρογωνιαίο λίθο στον αστικό σχεδιασμό. Η ιδέα της φύτευσης των δωμάτων στα αστικά κέντρα φαίνεται να υπηρετεί υποδειγματικά το βιώσιμο αστικό σχεδιασμό συντελώντας  στην ελάττωση των περιβαλλοντικών προβλημάτων. Οι πράσινες στέγες είναι βιώσιμες εναλλακτικές λύσεις, ευπροσάρμοστες σε όλες τις περιβαλλοντικές συνθήκες, σε αντίθεση με τα περισσότερα μη πορώδη υλικά μόνωσης των στεγών. Το μεγαλείο τους έγκειται στην ικανότητά τους να καλύπτουν τις αδιαπέραστες επιφάνειες με διαπερατό φυτικό υλικό. Η παρούσα εργασία επιδιώκει να αναδείξει τις δυνατότητες ενδυνάμωσης του βιώσιμου αστικού σχεδιασμού μέσω της αρωγής του τομέα των ασύρματων επικοινωνιών. Συγκεκριμένα, αναπτύσσει την ιδέα των φυτεμένων δωμάτων στα αστικά κέντρα εστιάζοντας στη χρησιμότητα του ασύρματου δικτύου αισθητήρων ως προς τη βιωσιμότητα τους."
