Η εργασία θα προσπαθήσει να αποδείξει ότι είναι σκόπιμο να εκπαιδεύονται οι φοιτητές της σχεδίασης για τις μελλοντικές απαιτήσεις, και υπογραμμίζεται η σημασία της ανάπτυξης βασικής γνώσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της κατανόησης, της ανάλυσης, της σύνθεσης, της ερμηνείας, της δημιουργίας, της αξιολόγησης και της κριτικής της σχεδίασης.
