      "@value" : "Στην παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία, αναπτύσσεται και εξετάζεται η μεθοδολογία και ο τρόπος που μπορούμε να μοντελοποιήσουμε το βέλτιστο σχεδιασμό των δομικών στοιχείων μιας από τις διάφορες μεθόδους κατασκευής ξύλινων κατοικιών, για να ελαχιστοποιήσουμε τον χρόνο υπολογισμού με όσο το δυνατόν μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια.\nΜία παράμετρος που λαμβάνεται υπόψη στο σχεδιασμό είναι και το κόστος των ξύλινων δομικών στοιχείων. Μεγάλο μέρος του κόστους διαμορφώνεται από τη ποσότητα του υλικού που χρησιμοποιείται, έτσι η προσπάθεια ελαχιστοποίησης της μάζας εφόσον ικανοποιούνται όλοι οι υπόλοιποι περιορισμοί είναι βασικό τμήμα της μελέτης αυτής.\nΕπίσης ως βέλτιστος σχεδιασμός, λήφθηκε αυτός ο οποίος για δεδομένη μάζα υλικού να αποκτά την μέγιστη δυνατή δυσκαμψία. Βασικό εργαλείο στην κατεύθυνση αυτή, αποτέλεσε η μέθοδος των πεπερασμένων στοιχείων, η οποία αναπτύχθηκε τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες στηριζόμενη στην ανάλυση των κατασκευών. Το υπολογιστικό πρόγραμμα που έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για τη σχεδίαση και ανάλυση των δομικών στοιχείων είναι το Creo parametric 2.0.\nΣτο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια έρευνα ανά τον κόσμο για τις μεθόδους και τρόπους κατασκευής ξύλινων κατοικιών, όπου διαπιστώνουμε ότι κυριαρχούν τρεις μέθοδοι κατασκευής, τα κορμόσπιτα (log houses) στη Φιλανδία, η σταυρωτή επικολλητή ξυλείας (CLT) στη Σουηδία, Αυστρία και ΗΠΑ, με ελαφρύ και πυκνό σκελετό (light timber frame) στο Καναδά και Αυστραλία.\nΣτο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια εκτενής αναφορά για τη χρήση της πριστής και τεχνητής ξυλείας στη κατασκευή ξύλινων κατοικιών.\nΣτο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται λεπτομερώς τα μονωτικά υλικά που\nχρησιμοποιούνται στην κατασκευή και ο ρόλος της θερμοπερατότητας.\nΣτο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα νομοθετικά πρότυπα των υλικών\nκατασκευής και η σχεδιαστική πρόταση των ξύλινων δομικών στοιχείων.\nΣτο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται η ανάλυση των δομικών στοιχείων με τη μέθοδο των πεπερασμένων στοιχείων, χρησιμοποιώντας το πρόγραμμα Creo parametric 2.0.\nΤέλος στο έκτο κεφάλαιο εξάγονται τα συμπεράσματα και προτείνονται μελλοντικές προτάσεις επέκτασης της παρούσας εργασίας."
