      "@value" : "Κατά καιρούς έχουν διεξαχθεί πολλές έρευνες που επιχειρούν να προσδιορίσουν τη σχέση\nτης εργασίας με την οικογένεια και ειδικότερα τη διάσταση της σύγκρουσης είτε από την\nοικογένεια στην εργασία είτε αντίστροφα. Αντικείμενο έρευνας της εργασίας αυτής είναι η\nδιάσταση της μεταφοράς των εργασιακών προβλημάτων στο οικογενειακό περιβάλλον και\nπώς αυτή επηρεάζεται από την παρατεταμένη οικονομική ύφεση. Η κρίση προκαλεί\nποικίλες αλλαγές στην κοινωνία: συρρίκνωση των εισοδημάτων των πολιτών, ανησυχία\nγια το μέλλον, αβεβαιότητα, άγχος, με αποτέλεσμα πολύ συχνά τα προβλήματα να\nμεταφέρονται στο σπίτι και να δημιουργείται δυσάρεστο κλίμα και εντάσεις.Το θέμα θεωρήθηκε ότι μπορεί να προσεγγιστεί αποτελεσματικότερα με τη βοήθεια των\nποσοτικών μεθόδων έρευνας και συγκεκριμένα μέσω του μεθοδολογικού εργαλείου του\nερωτηματολογίου. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 283 εργαζόμενοι. Μεταξύ των\nσυμπερασμάτων που προκύπτουν μετά την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας\nείναι ότι βρέθηκαν δύο κατηγορίες μεταβλητών στις οποίες διαμορφώνονται δύο ομάδες\nκοινής συμπεριφοράς απαντήσεων από τους ερωτώμενους. Σχετικά με την πρώτη\nκατηγορία που αφορά στη δημιουργία συγκρούσεων στην οικογένεια ένεκα της κρίσης\nπου χτυπά την εργασία, υπάρχουν άτομα στα οποία ο παράγοντας ισχύει αρκετά έως έτσι\nκι έτσι και λίγο περισσότερα στα οποία ισχύει ελάχιστα. Σχετικά με τη δεύτερη κατηγορία\nπου αφορά στον επαναπροσδιορισμό των σχέσεων με τους οικείους λόγω της επίδρασης\nτης κρίσης στην εργασία, σχηματίζεται μια ομάδα στην οποία ισχύει έτσι κι έτσι και μια\nμεγαλύτερη ομάδα στην οποία δεν ισχύει σχεδόν καθόλου."
