Βαρβαρέσος, ΣτυλιανόςΣωτηριάδης, ΜάριοςΤουριστικά θέματαΠροφανώς το μοντέλο τουριστικής ανάπτυξης των 48, το οποίο βασίζεται πρωτίστους στο δίπτυχο «Ήλιος και Θάλασσα», έχει εξαντλήσει στα όρια του. Αυτό ακριβώς το αναπτυξιακό μοντέλο αποτελεί το θέμα του συγκεκριμένου άρθρου. Η ανάλυση συνίσταται στην αντίληψη ότι τα προβλήματα του ελληνικού τουρισμού αποτελούν ακριβώς προβλήματα ενός αναπτυξιακού μοντέλου, το οποίο έχει φθάσει στα όρια της εξάντλησης και του κορεσμού. Στο παρόν άρθρο πραγματοποιείται μια ανάλυση των συγκυριακών και διαρθρωτικών αιτιών της κρίσης του συγκεκριμένου μοντέλου, όπως αυτό έγινε αντιληπτό και έχει εφαρμοστεί στην Ελλάδα. Στο πρώτο μέρος αναλύεται το τουριστικό προϊόν και η κρίση του αναπτυξιακού μοντέλου 48. Στο δεύτερο μέρος προσεγγίζεται ο κορεσμός του τουριστικού προϊόντος, ακολουθούμενο στο τρίτο μέρος από μία εκτενή ανάλυση της κρίσης του ελληνικού τουριστικού μοντέλου. Αυτή η κρίση είναι ενδεχομένως γενική, ωστόσο αποτελεί σίγουρα μία ποικιλόμορφη κρίση, η οποία οφείλεται πρωτίστως στα διαρθρωτικά προβλήματα του ελληνικού τουρισμού. Στο τελευταίο μέρος η ανάλυσή μας οδηγείται στην συνοπτική παρουσίαση ενός εναλλακτικού μοντέλου ανάπτυξης, αυτού των 4Ε, και ολοκληρώνεται με τα αναγκαία συμπεράσματα.Tourism IssuesIt is generally estimated that the tourism development model of four 4S (sea, sun, sand, sex) has reached its limits. This model is precisely the subject of our paper. Our analysis consists of perceiving the Greek tourism’s problems as being those of a development model that has reached the phase of exhaustion and saturation. Our study is attempting to analyse the conjunctural and structural reasons of the crisis of this model, such as it has been conceived and implemented in Greece. Into the first section, an analysis of the tourism product and of the 4S model is performed. The next two sections are dedicated to an analysis of tourism product’s saturation and an extensive study of the crisis of the Greek tourism development model. This crisis is eventually general, however it is surely multiform and it’s mainly due to structural problems of the Greek tourism. Into the last section our analysis is going to a brief presentation of an alternative development model, that of 4E. It is completed by the necessary conclusions.Vraisemblablement le modèle de développement touristique de 4S, axé essentiellement sur la mer et le soleil, a atteint ses limites. Ce modèle est justement le thème de notre article. Notre analyse consiste à percevoir les problèmes du tourisme grec comme les problèmes d’un modèle qui est arrivé à l’épuisement et à la saturation. On s’efforce d’analyser les causes conjoncturelles et structurelles de la crise de ce modèle, tel qu’il a été conçu et mis en œuvre en Grèce. En premier lieu, on tente une analyse du produit touristique et de la crise du modèle de 4S. Deuxièmement, on aborde la saturation du produit touristique qui est suivi par une analyse étendue de la crise du modèle touristique grec, crise probablement générale, mais certes multiforme qui est due essentiellement aux problèmes structurels du tourisme grec.
