Το αντικείμενο του τρίτου κεφαλαίου είναι ο αντικειμενοστραφής προγραμματισμός. Αφού οριστούν τα αντικείμενα και οι δημιουργοί τους, δηλαδή οι κλάσεις, καθορίζονται οι μεταβλητές και οι μέθοδοι των στιγμιοτύπων και των κλάσεων. Τέλος εκτίθενται τα τρία βασικότερα χαρακτηριστικά των κλάσεων: η ενθυλάκωση, η κληρονομικότητα και ο πολυμορφισμός. Όλα τα παραπάνω πλαισιώνονται από κατάλληλα scripts και την αντίστοιχη βιβλιογραφία.

The focus of the third chapter is object-oriented programming. It starts by defining objects and their creators, the classes, and then delineates instance and class variables, as well as methods. The chapter culminates by detailing the three fundamental characteristics of classes: encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. These concepts are illustrated with appropriate scripts and are supported by relevant bibliographic references.
