      "@value" : "Οι συγκρούσεις στα σχολεία είναι ένα σύνηθες φαινόμενο λόγω της συστημικής λειτουργίας αυτών των οργανισμών. Οι διαφορετικές προσωπικότητες, οι ατομικές αντιλήψεις αλλά και οι πολλαπλές στοχοθεσίες των εκπαιδευτικών, δημιουργούν προστριβές και διαταράσσουν το σχολικό κλίμα που απαιτείται για αποδοτικό εκπαιδευτικό έργο. Ανάμεσα στις πολλές αιτίες διακρίνονται η έλλειψη επικοινωνίας, οι οργανωτικές αδυναμίες, οι συγκρουόμενοι στόχοι ατόμων κι ομάδων και οι ατομικές διαφορές. Οι τρόποι αντιμετώπισης ποικίλλουν αλλά συγκλίνουν σε συνεργασία, κατανόηση, επικοινωνία, σαφείς οργανωτικούς κανόνες και ομόρροπους στόχους. Προτείνονται ως στρατηγικές διαχείρισης η διαπραγμάτευση, η καλή οργανωτική λειτουργία, η αποφυγή και ο συμβιβασμός. Ο/Η διευθυντής/τρια από τον ηγετικό του ρόλο καλείται να τις διαχειριστεί προς όφελος της σχολικής μονάδας. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό πρέπει να κατέχει αυξημένες ηγετικές, συμβουλευτικές και διοικητικές δεξιότητες."
