      "@value" : "Μετά από τρεις ετήσιες παρατάσεις της θητείας των διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων, το 2023 πραγματοποιήθηκε η διαδικασία επιλογής στελεχών εκπαίδευσης, με βάση το ν.4823/2021, ο οποίος προβλέπει τέσσερα διαφορετικά κριτήρια: α) επιστημονική - παιδαγωγική συγκρότηση, β) διδακτική, συμβουλευτική-καθοδηγητική και διοικητική-υποστηρικτική εμπειρία, γ) αξιολόγηση και δ) προσωπικότητα και γενική συγκρότηση των υποψηφίων. Το τελευταίο κριτήρια αποτιμάται με τη διαδικασία της συνέντευξης των υποψηφίων από πενταμελές τοπικό συμβούλιο επιλογής το οποίο συγκροτείται με απόφαση του περιφερειακού διευθυντή εκπαίδευσης. Η παρούσα εργασία διερευνά τη συμβολή της συνέντευξης στη διαμόρφωση του τελικού αξιολογικού πίνακα υποψήφιων διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων στις πέντε Περιφερειακές Ενότητες της Περιφέρειας Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης, επομένως συγκρίνει τη λειτουργία πέντε διαφορετικών τοπικών συμβουλίων επιλογής διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων."
