Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει την πορεία των συλλογικών κινητοποιήσεων και των κοινωνικών συγκρούσεων στην ισπανική ύπαιθρο από τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες του 19ου αιώνα μέχρι και την έναρξη του Ισπανικού Εμφυλίου Πολέμου. Επικεντρώνεται στους κοινωνικούς και πολιτικούς φορείς που είχαν συγκροτήσει τις δικές τους συλλογικές δομές εθνικής εμβέλειας, δημιουργώντας παράλληλα δίκτυα τοπικών και περιφερειακών συλλογικοτήτων στο σύνολο της χώρας. Το άρθρο διερευνά την πορεία των συλλογικών αιτημάτων, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις θέσεις που διατυπώθηκαν γύρω από τοακανθώδες ζήτημα της αναδιανομής της γης και την προοπτική αγροτικής μεταρρύθμισης. Με αυτό τον τρόπο φωτίζονται ο χαρακτήρας και η δυναμική των κοινωνικών εντάσεων στις αγροτικές κοινωνίες της Ισπανίας μέσα από τον εντοπισμό συνεχειών και ασυνεχειών, κορυφώσεων και υφέσεων. (EL)
The present study examines the course of collective mobilisations and social conflict in the Spanish countryside from the last decades of the nineteenth century until the beginning of the Spanish Civil War. It focuses on the social and political agents whoestablished their own collective structures of a national scope, creating at the same time networks of local and regional organisations throughout the country. The article looks into the evolution of the collective demands with particular emphasis on the views expressed regarding the thorny issue of land redistribution and the prospect of land reform. Thus, it sheds light on the character and the dynamics of social tensions in the Spanish rural societies, tracing continuities and discontinuities, peaks and troughs. (EN)
