Additional information has also been extracted from the reaction Gd-156(He-3,4n)Dy-155 at 39 MeV beam energy. Eight rotational bands have been populated and observed up to high spin (I less-than-or-equal-to 93/2). The band features have been analysed within the framework of the cranked-shell model. The i13/2 neutron alignments and the h11/2 proton alignments are discussed. B(M1)/B(E2) ratios have also been extracted for the strongly coupled bands to deduce further information on the detailed structure of these bands. The highest states (above spin 30) of two of the negative-parity bands gain energy rapidly with respect to a rigid rotor, which is consistent with properties expected for terminating bands.</dc:description><dc:identifier>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/11244</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>133</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>155</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>ISI:A1994PQ03600009</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0375-9474</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>580</dc:identifier><dc:language>eng</dc:language><dc:publisher xml:lang='en'>ELSEVIER SCIENCE BV</dc:publisher><dc:source xml:lang='en'>Nuclear Physics, Section A</dc:source><dc:subject rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/EKT-voc-classifier/1573636727'></dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>STATES</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>NUCLEI</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>ER-158</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>ALIGNMENT</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>H11/2</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>YRAST LINE</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>GAMMA-RAY SPECTROSCOPY</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>40H</dc:subject><dc:subject xml:lang='en'>BAND-CROSSING FREQUENCIES</dc:subject><dc:title xml:lang='en'>High-spin structure of 155Dy</dc:title><dc:type rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/openarchives-item-types/Journal-part'></dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/openarchives-item-types/Scientific-article'></dc:type><dc:type xml:lang='en'>journalArticle</dc:type><dcterms:created>1994</dcterms:created></edm:ProvidedCHO><skos:Concept rdf:about='http://semantics.gr/authorities/openarchives-item-types/Journal-part'><skos:prefLabel xml:lang='el'>Δημοσίευση σε περιοδικό</skos:prefLabel><skos:prefLabel xml:lang='en'>Publication in journal</skos:prefLabel><skos:broader rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/openarchives-item-types/Issue-segment'></skos:broader></skos:Concept><skos:Concept rdf:about='http://semantics.gr/authorities/EKT-voc-classifier/1573636727'><skos:prefLabel xml:lang='el'>Πυρηνική φυσική</skos:prefLabel><skos:prefLabel xml:lang='en'>Nuclear Physics</skos:prefLabel><skos:broader rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/EKT-voc-classifier/1776219804'></skos:broader><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85056400'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://vocabularies.unesco.org/thesaurus/concept1237'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85098374'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85027256'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85028443'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:relatedMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85110340'></skos:relatedMatch><skos:exactMatch rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/EKT-voc/1573636727'></skos:exactMatch><skos:closeMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85093024'></skos:closeMatch><skos:closeMatch rdf:resource='http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2015003070'></skos:closeMatch><skos:closeMatch rdf:resource='http://vocabularies.unesco.org/thesaurus/concept9717'></skos:closeMatch><skos:closeMatch rdf:resource='http://semantics.gr/authorities/ekt-unesco/198681461'></skos:closeMatch><skos:closeMatch rdf:resource='http://vocabularies.unesco.org/thesaurus/concept128'></skos:closeMatch><skos:note xml:lang='en'>isi - Physics, Nuclear includes resources on the study of nuclear structure, decay, radioactivity, reactions, and scattering.
