Η εργασία αυτή αφορά τη διερεύνηση των απόψεων των νηπιαγωγών για τα περισσότερο σημαντικά εμπόδια αναφορικά με τη χρήση και αξιοποίηση του υπολογιστή στην τάξη με τα νήπια. Συμμετείχαν 11 νηπιαγωγοί από δέκα δημόσια νηπιαγωγεία της Αττικής, τα δεδομένα συλλέχθηκαν μέσω συνεντεύξεων και κάθε νηπιαγωγείο αποτέλεσε ξεχωριστή μελέτη περίπτωσης. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι τα σημαντικότερα εμπόδια ήταν η έλλειψη ή ο μικρός αριθμός υπολογιστών, ο μεγάλος αριθμός των νηπίων σε μία τάξη, ο χώρος και η έλλειψη επιμόρφωσης των νηπιαγωγών. Όλες οι νηπιαγωγοί, ανεξάρτητα από το εάν χρησιμοποιούν ή όχι τον υπολογιστή στην τάξη με τα νήπια, εξέφρασαν την άποψη ότι η τεχνολογία είναι κατάλληλη για την τάξη του νηπιαγωγείου. (EL)
This study regards an investigation of early childhood teachers’ views about the barriers to using and integrating the computer in kindergarten classes. 11 teachers from ten public kindergartens in Athens participated in this study. The data were collected via interviews with the teachers and each kindergarten constituted a separate case study. The results showed that the main barriers were the lack of computers, the large number of children in a class, the physical space and the lack of teacher training. All teachers, regardless of using or not the computer in the class, believe that technology use is appropriate for kindergarten class. (EN)
