Résultats d’une enquête sur les compétences et les rôles essentiels des instituteurs (EN)

To develop the curriculum and also a system of evaluation of professional competences of the initial teachers, we performed an investigation containing questionnaires. We prepared five questionnaires. The investigation took place between January 2003 and September 2005 in Romania and Moldavian Republic on 537 individuals, representative of the students, the teachers and the managers. We will take into account the first three areas of investigation: professional competences and the essential qualities of the teachers, the contribution of curricula to the formation of the competences of the teachers and the measure the didactic roles meet the teachers' initial training requirements. We observed that, in all the three cases, the respondents' choices of all the categories were the same, thing which confirms our assumptions on the agreement of the options. (EN)
