      "@value" : "Στη παρούσα εργασία εξετάζουμε τις ιερές νομοθεσίες \nτων θρησκειών, οι οποίες επιβάλλουν παραδοσιακά την τελετουργική\nσφαγή στους πιστούς τους ως τρόπο λατρείας, αλλά ταυτόχρονα \nπεριορίζουν τη λήψη πολλών τροφίμων, ιδιαιτέρως του κρέατος, το οποίο \nθεωρείται ακάθαρτο σε περίπτωση που αυτό προέρχεται από «μη καθαρό» \nζώο (όπως χοιρινό) και δεν έχει θανατωθεί σύμφωνα με τους \nθρησκευτικούς νόμους. Ακολουθεί η ανάλυση στίχων του  Κορανίου αλλά και των \nιερών βιβλίων του Ιουδαϊσμού: Δευτερονόμιο και Λευιτικόν, καθώς και η  \n από την ιερή προφορική παράδοση, η οποία αποτυπώνεται στην \nΠεντάτευχο, Ταλμούδ. Η ιερή νομοθεσία και στις δύο περιπτώσεις καθορίζει ουσιαστικά τις θρησκευτικές \nπεποιθήσεις των πληθυσμών αυτών στην καθημερινή τους ζωή .\nΚατόπιν, εξετάζουμε το νομικό πλαίσιο της ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας \nσχετικά με τις λατρευτικού τύπου σφαγές, αλλά και πώς αυτή \nεξειδικεύεται και εναρμονίζεται στην ελληνική έννομη τάξη. Αναλύουμε, ακόμα, \nτο δικαίωμα της θρησκευτικής ελευθερίας ως ατομικό δικαίωμα, το οποίο συγκρούεται με τις\nαπαγορεύσεις που θεσπίζουν οι νόμοι. Συγκρίνουμε συνοπτικά τα \nτεκταινόμενα σε διεθνές επίπεδο με το φαινόμενο της αύξησης του \nμουσουλμανικού πληθυσμού σε χώρες μη μουσουλμανικές. Στη συνέχεια, \nακολουθεί ο σχολιασμός τριών σημαντικών  αποφάσεων από την εθνική \nμας και την ευρωπαϊκή Νομολογία. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται κάποια \nσυμπεράσματα που στόχο έχουν να φωτίσουν το παρόν πρόβλημα, υπό το πρίσμα θρησκευτικών, φιλοσοφικών και νομικών θεωριών."

      "@value" : "Initially, this research refers to a contemporary controversial subject concerning the ritual slaughter of animals in European and Greek society and \nlegislation. The dominant explanation about this argumentative issue is \nthe role of religion, Islam and Jewish, and their ritual slaughter traditions \nfor certain religious purposes which is performed by drawing a very sharp \nknife across the animal's throat while it is alive without prior stunning. \nHere we analyze the religious freedom, verses from the Koran and the \nholy books of Jews in order to find the contrasts of this religious practice.\nIn addition, we offer a commentary of court decisions and a comparative \nstudy of the global legal framework concerning this matter. Finally, we \nfocus on the results and conclusions in contemporary society and try to \nfind the fine balance that can solve the problem which almost has been \nsolved within the framework of the settled case-law."
