      "@value" : "The course of the analysis of the present thesis will be as follows: starting from basic concepts of Behavioral Economics and the definition of Behavioral Antitrust, the impact of the latter on \"traditional\" Competition Law, as well as the proposed degree of intervention of the Legislator and the Competition Authorities will be examined, then the focus of the study will shift to digital platforms and their special economic characteristics, in order to at last analyse the influence of Behavioral Economic Analysis on new theories of harm - emphasis given on cases of abuse of dominant position - and the role of Competition Law in this context."

      "@value" : "Η πορεία της ανάλυσης της παρούσας διπλωματικής θα έχει ως εξής: με αφετηρία βασικές έννοιες της Συμπεριφορικής Οικονομικής και τον ορισμό του Συμπεριφορικού Ανταγωνισμού, θα εξεταστεί, αφενός, η επίδραση του τελευταίου στο «παραδοσιακό» Δίκαιο του Ανταγωνισμού, αφετέρου, ο προτεινόμενος βαθμός παρέμβασης του Νομοθέτη και των Αρχών Ανταγωνισμού, ενώ εν συνεχεία το κέντρο βάρους της μελέτης θα μετατοπιστεί στις ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες και τα ιδιαίτερα οικονομικά χαρακτηριστικά τους, ώστε να αναλυθεί εν τέλει η επιρροή της Συμπεριφορικής Οικονομικής Ανάλυσης στις νέες θεωρίες βλάβης - με έμφαση σε περιπτώσεις τυχόν καταχρηστικής εκμετάλλευσης δεσπόζουσας θέσης - και ο ρόλος του Δικαίου του Ανταγωνισμού σε αυτό το πλαίσιο."
