      "@value" : "Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία πραγματεύεται έναν από τους απόλυτους λόγους απαραδέκτου που συναντάμε στο δίκαιο των σημάτων, ο οποίος αφορά στα σήματα που αντιτίθενται στην ηθική και τη δημόσια τάξη. Κομβικό σημείο της εργασίας αποτελεί η ανάλυση των ανωτέρω αόριστων νομικών εννοιών, με βάση το ενωσιακό πρότυπο που ακολουθεί ο εθνικός μας νόμος και η παρουσίαση τέτοιων περιπτώσεων, κυρίως μέσα από  παραδείγματα νομολογίας των Ευρωπαϊκών Δικαστηρίων. Τέλος, σημαντικό τμήμα της εργασίας αποτελεί η σύγκριση του ευρωπαϊκού με το αμερικανικό δίκαιο, από την οποία καταλήγουμε σε συμπεράσματα σχετικά με την ερμηνεία της διάταξης αυτής και της διαφορετικής εφαρμογής που τυγχάνει από τα ευρωπαϊκά και τα αμερικανικά δικαστήρια."

      "@value" : "This paper deals with one of the absolute grounds of inadmissibility found in trade mark law, which concerns trade marks that are contrary to morality and public order. The central point of the thesis is the analysis of the above vague legal concepts, based on the EU standard followed by our national law and the presentation of such cases, mainly through examples of case law of the European Courts. Finally, an important part of the paper is the comparison of European and American law, from which we draw conclusions regarding the interpretation of this provision and the different application of this provision by European and American courts."
