Αρχικά εξετάζεται η δημιουργία θόλων άρνησης πρόσβασης περιοχής (Anti-Access/Area Denial) A2/AD από την Κίνα και την Ρωσία, τις χερσαίες δυνάμεις δηλαδή, χρησιμοποιώντας βαλλιστικούς πυραύλους, πυραύλους οριζόντιας πλεύσης και συστήματα ηλεκτρονικού πολέμου. Αντίστοιχα, θα αναλυθεί πως οι ναυτικές δυνάμεις με εξέχουσες τις Η.Π.Α. προσπαθούν να διασπάσουν τους εν λόγω θόλους Α2/ΑD μέσω του νέου δόγματος της Πολυχωρικής Μάχης (Multidomain Battle) και των Διαχωρικών Πυρών Μάχης (Cross Domain Fires) και πως τα νέα πυραυλικά συστήματα των Η.Π.Α. στοχεύουν και τις πέντε διαστάσεις μάχης.This paper examines whether missile systems are a factor of power redistribution in the geographical area of ​​the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean.
