Ο τίτλος του, αναφέρεται στην ομώνυμη ταινία του Μιχαήλ Σβέιτσερ Время, вперед! (1965), αφιερωμένη στην κατασκευή του πρώτου σταδίου του εργοστασίου σιδήρου και χάλυβα στο Μαγκινιτογκόρσκ. Το βιβλίο «Χρόνε, Εμπρός!» αποτελεί μια ιστορική αναδρομή στο παρελθόν της ΕΣΣΔ στον τομέα της πολιτιστικής πολιτικής μέσα από την κριτική ματιά σύγχρονων αναλυτών. Η σοβιετική κοινωνία θεωρείται ένας χώρος ριζοσπαστικού σχεδιασμού και πειραματισμού στον τομέα της πολιτιστικής πολιτικής, ο οποίος δεν ήταν καθόλου ομοιογενής και μερικές φορές χαοτικός και αντιφατικός. Gluschenko, V. Kurenoi, "Time, forward! The cultural policy in the USSR". Its title refers to the film of the same name by Michael Schweitzer Vremya, vered! (1965), dedicated to the construction of the first stage of the iron and steel plant in Magnitogorsk. The book "Time, Forward!" is a historical review of the past of the USSR in the field of cultural policy through the critical eye of modern analysts. Soviet society is considered a space of radical planning and experimentation in the field of cultural policy, which was far from homogeneous and sometimes chaotic and contradictory.
