Μαλλιούρη ΑναστασίαMalliouri AnastasiaΑντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η εξέταση της κοινωνικής ένταξης των μεταναστών και των προσφύγων στην Ελλάδα και σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης κατά την πενταετία 2015 με 2020. Συγκεκριμένα, έχει εναρκτήρια έτος το 2015, γιατί τo έτος εκείνο είναι ορόσημο, λόγω της μαζικής εισροής προσφύγων, κυρίως των Σύριων σε ευρωπαϊκό έδαφος εξαιτίας του πολέμου. Για τo σκοπό αυτό, πρώτα θα αποσαφηνιστούν οι βασικοί όροι της μετανάστευσης και έπειτα θα ακολουθήσει μια ιστορική ανασκόπηση του κοινωνικού γίγνεσθαι. Κατόπιν, θα γίνει αναφορά στα Νομοθετικά Διατάγματα που θεσπίστηκαν κυρίως στην Ελλάδα, με σκοπό την ένταξή τoυς και συνάμα την Μεταναστευτική Πολιτική που εκείνη ακολούθησε. Στη συνέχεια θα γίνει λόγος για την λειτουργία των Μη Κυβερνητικών Οργανώσεων (Μ.Κ.O) και τον ρόλο που επωμίστηκαν στην ροπή του μεταναστευτικού. Βασικό σημείο της εργασίας κατέχει o δείκτης MIPEX, για την ερμηνεία και την ανάλυση του μεταναστευτικού φαινομένου, που θα επιτρέψει μέσα από ποσοστά και γραφήματα να ερμηνεύσουμε την πορεία της Μετανάστευσης στην Ευρώπη. Στο τελευταίο της μέρος, θα υπάρξουν τα συμπεράσματα μέσα από την βιβλιογραφική έρευνα και τα στοιχεία του δείκτη. Σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας συνιστά η σκιαγράφηση της τρέχουσας πορείας της μετανάστευσης και σε ποιο βαθμό έχει επιτευχθεί η προσπάθεια των κρατών για την ένταξη τoυς προσφύγων και μεταναστών στη νέα τoυς χώρα.The aim of this thesis is the examination of the social integration of migrants and refugees in Greece and other countries of European Union during the five-year period from 2015 to 2020. Specifically, the under-examination period starts at year 2015 that is considered as a milestone, due to the massive income of refugees (mainly from Syria) on European soil due to the war. In this direction, the main terms related to migration and then a historical and sociological review will take place. Then, the focus will be moved towards the Decrees Law, mainly enacted in Greece, aiming to resolve the problem and the Migration Policy that European Union followed during that period. Next, the role and actions of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will be examined and their affection to the immigration crisis. A key point of this thesis will be the presentation and analysis of MIPEX index; that is heavily related to the interpretation and understanding of integration of migrants to societies. In the last part of the project, conclusions will be drawn using literature research and available data.
