ΣΤΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΑ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΗ ΑΥΞΗΣΗ ΕΜΦΑΝΙΖΟΥΝ ΤΑ ΑΝΤΙΓΟΝΑ HLA-A28 (PC < 0,05), TO HLA-CW2 (PC < 0,05), ΕΝΩ ΤΟ HLA- DR4 ΑΝΤΙΓΟΝΟ ΕΜΦΑΝΙΖΕΙ ΣΤΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΑ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΗ ΕΛΑΤΤΩΣΗ ΣΤΟΥΣ ΑΣΘΕΝΕΙΣ ΣΕ ΣΧΕΣΗ ΜΕ ΤΟΥΣ ΜΑΡΤΥΡΕΣ (PC < 0,05). ΑΠΟ ΤΑ ΠΑΡΑΠΑΝΩ ΑΞΙΟΛΟΓΟΥΜΕ ΟΤΙ ΓΕΝΕΤΙΚΟΙ ΠΑΡΑΓΟΝΤΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΤΕΝΑ ΣΥΝΔΕΔΕΜΕΝΟΙ ΜΕ ΤΟ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑ HLA ΠΑΙΖΟΥΝ ΡΟΛΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΜΦΑΝΙΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΥΠΟΤΡΟΠΙΑΖΟΥΣΩΝ ΑΦΘΩΝ.", "A STUDY OF THE FREQUENCY OF HLA-A1B1C AND DR ANTIGEΝS WAS PERFORMED IN 106 GREEK PATIENTS AFFECTED FROM RECURRENT ORAL ULCERATION (ROU) AND 120 MATCHED CONTROLS OF THE SAME NATIONALITY.
