ΑΠΟΔΕΙΚΝΥΕΤΑΙ ΟΤΙ ΓΙΑ ΚΥΒΙΚΑ ΤΟΞΑ (CUBIC SELINES),'Η ΚΥΒΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΕΙΑΣ (BICUBIC PATCHES), Η ΚΙΝΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΟΥ ΜΠΟΡΕΙΝΑ ΕΛΕΓΧΘΕΙ ΜΕ ΑΚΡΙΒΕΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΕΝΑ ΨΗΦΙΑΚΟ ΚΥΚΛΩΜΑ ΠΑΡΟΜΟΙΟ ΜΕ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟΥ ΨΗΦΙΑΚΟΥ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΙΚΟΥ ΑΝΑΛΥΤΗ (DDA).", "IN NUMERICALLY CONTROL SYSTEMS (MACHINE TOOLS, PLOTTERS, ETC), INTERPOLATION ISDEFINED AS THE PROCESS OF SYNTHESIZING A PRESCRIBED CURVE FROM A LARGE NUMBER OF SMALL STEPS. IN THIS THESIS NEW ALGORITHMS ARE PRESENTED FOR INTERPOLATING NON- PARAMETRIC AND PARAMETRIC CURVES AS WELL. ADDITIONALLY, A METHOD BASED ON THE PROPERTIES OF BERTRAND CURVES, IS PROPOSED FOR GENERATING TOOL CENTRE PATHS WITH AN ACCURACY EQUAL TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE MACHINE TOOL.
