THE STROMAL MICROENVIRONMENT IS NECESSARY FOR THE STEM CELLS TO PRAIDE OSTEOBLASTIC CELLS. THE ANIMAL STUDY HAS SHOWN THAT AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW CONSTIMULATE OSTEOGENESIS AND BRINGESHORT BONE DEFECTS. ALSO SHOWN THAT THE STROMAL MICROENVIRONMENT IS NECESSARY FOR THE STEM CELLS ACTIVITY. IN THE CLINICAL USE, AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW DELIVERED BY PERCUTANEOUS INJECTION OR BY DIRECT TRANSPLANT THOUGHT OPEN TECHNIQUES AS A COMPOSITE GRAFTALSO HAS PROVEN EFFECTIVE FOR OSTEOGENIC STIMULATION IN A SERIES OF 50 SKELETAL HEALING PROBLEMS, INCLUDING DELAYED UNIONS AND NONUNIONS OF FRACTURES ARTHRODESIS AND BONE DEFECTS. AUTOLOGOUS MARROW INJECTION WAS USED TO STIMULATE HEALING IN 34 CASES. UNION WAS, OBTAINE IN 28 CASES (16 NONUNIONS AND 12 DELAYED UNIONS-PER CENT 82%). THE EFFICIENCY OF AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW TO FONY BONE CAN BE INCREASED BY A NUMBER OF METHODS, INCLUDING DIFFERENTIAL CERTIFUGATION AND THE PRECIPITATION THAT WE USE AS VERY EASY METHOD. THE COMPOSITE GRAFTS OF AUTOLOGOUS BONE MARROW WITH OTHER BONE SUBESTITUTES OR OTHER CARRIES OF STIMULETORY FACTORS INCREASE THE OSTEOGENIC EFFICIENCY OF MARROW AND CONTRIBUTE AT THE EFFECTIVE OF THAT.
