Το πλαίσιοτης μοντελοποίησης μας αναπτύσσει νέες μεθοδολογίες σε διαφορετικέςκατευθύνσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ενσωμάτωσης χωρικής πληροφορίας,την προσαρμογή των g-prior προσεγγίσεων, τη χρήση κατάλληλων κατανομώνγια υπερβατικά μηδενικά. Επιπλέον, ενσωματώσουμε τα μοντέλα μας στο πλαίσιομιας branching διαδικασίας, συνδέοντας την κλάση των μοντέλων μας με ταστοχαστικά επιδημικά μοντέλα και τον βέλτιστο έλεγχο των ασθενειών. Τέλος,διερευνούνται prequential προσεγγίσεις για την αξιολόγηση μοντέλων.", "The analysis of infectious disease data represents a particularly challengingscientific area. The main reason is that epidemic data are imperfectlyobserved. In addition, the statistical analysis of epidemic models represents amajor challenge due to certain characteristics of epidemic data. We usesuitably tailored stochastic spatio-temporal regression models to account forthe dissemination of infectious livestock diseases using data from realepidemics. Our modelling framework develops novel methodology in a numberof ways, including the incorporation of spatial information, adaptation of gpriorapproaches, utilization of suitable distributions for excess zeros.Moreover, we embed our models into a branching process framework, linkingour modelling class to stochastic epidemic models and optimal disease control.Finally, we explore the prequential approach to model assessment" ],
