    "description" : "Τα συνέδρια είναι και θα είναι το μέσο με το οποίο μεταλαμπαδεύεται η γνώση ενός θέματος  στους ανθρώπους. Εδώ και πάρα πολλές δεκαετίες, οι άνθρωποι είχαν την ανάγκη να επικοινωνήσουν, να συζητήσουν, να έρθουν σε αντιπαράθεση, να συμφωνήσουν, να αλληλοεπιδράσουν και να φτάσουν σε συμπεράσματα που θα μπορέσουν σε να τους ανοίξουν νέους ορίζοντες, να προβούν σε νέες ιδέες, να εξελιχθούν και στο τέλος φυσικά να κάνουν βήματα ανάπτυξης, μέσω της βιωματικής έρευνας και να απέχουν παρασάγγας πια από το αρχικό σημείο εκκίνησης. Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία στοχεύει στην μελέτη του συνεδριακού «προϊόντος» σε γενικό και ειδικό πλαίσιο, το πως ξεκίνησε το ιατρικό συνέδριο, πως συνέχισε την πορεία του, τις διακυμάνσεις που πέρασε και πως τελικά «επιβίωσε» στην προ Covid-19 εποχή, κατά την διάρκεια αυτής και φυσικά και στην μετέπειτα περίοδο. Θα παρουσιαστεί η βαρύνουσα σημασία της επιλογής του στρατηγικού μάνατζμεντ κα κατ΄επέκταση του μάρκετινγκ στο συγκεκριμένο κλάδο. Ταυτόχρονα θα αναλυθεί η έννοια και τα ευρύτερα οφέλη του ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού των επιχειρήσεων και των λειτουργιών τους, με ειδική αναφορά στην χώρα μας. Θα προχωρήσουμε σε μια παρουσίαση του γενικότερου κλάδου και των φορέων διοργάνωσης ιατρικών συνεδρίων. Στην συνέχεια θα μελετήσουμε την περίπτωση της εταιρείας Eventure, η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στον εν λόγω κλάδο και διαθέτει μακρόχρονη και εξειδικευμένη εμπειρίας. Τα ιατρικά συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα, αλλά και γενικότερα οι επιστημονικές και μη εκδηλώσεις, αν και πέρασαν διάφορες διακυμάνσεις, αναπτύχθηκαν σημαντικά και εξελίχθηκαν ως προς την διεξαγωγή τους, την υλοποίησή τους και την αποδοχή τους από τους σύνεδρους. Τέλος θα παρουσιαστεί μια εκτενής έρευνα η οποία πραγματοποιείται με την μέθοδο των συνεντεύξεων των στελεχών της μελετώμενης εταιρείας και η εργασία μας θα κλείσει παρουσιάζοντας τα συμπεράσματα όλης της μελέτης αναφορικά με τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό των συνεδρίων.",
