Αναφέρεται στην ικανότητα αναγνώρισης, κατανόησης και διαχείρισης των συναισθημάτων του ατόμου και των άλλων. \nΣκοπός: Η παρούσα έρευνα είχε σκοπό να εξετάσει την επίδραση της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης στην ηγεσία ενός σύγχρονου νοσοκομείου.\nΜεθοδολογία: Μέσα από μία ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας αναζητήθηκαν και αξιοποιήθηκαν τα πλέον πρόσφατα δεδομένα σε αυτό το πεδίο.\nΑποτελέσματα:  Όπως προέκυψε από την έρευνα, σε ένα νοσοκομειακό περιβάλλον, οι ηγέτες πρέπει να λαμβάνουν κρίσιμες αποφάσεις που επηρεάζουν τη ζωή των ασθενών, καθώς και να διαχειρίζονται το άγχος και τα συναισθήματα του προσωπικού τους. Οι ηγέτες με υψηλή συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν μια θετική κουλτούρα εργασίας, να προωθήσουν την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και να λάβουν αποφάσεις που είναι προς το συμφέρον του οργανισμού και των ασθενών του. \nΣυμπερασματικά: Κατανοώντας τα συναισθήματά τους και των άλλων, οι ηγέτες των νοσοκομείων μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν ένα περιβάλλον όπου τα μέλη του προσωπικού αισθάνονται εκτίμηση, σεβασμό και υποστήριξη, με αποτέλεσμα τη βελτίωση της εργασιακής ικανοποίησης και τη διατήρηση των εργαζομένων. \n\nΛέξεις – κλειδιά: Συναισθηματική Νοημοσύνη, Ηγεσία, Διοίκηση Σύγχρονου Νοσοκομείου, Ενσυναίσθηση, Ομάδες εργασίας",
