Στην σύγχρονη φωτογραφία \nπαρατηρούμε να υπάρχει ένα συναίσθημα ανίας, πλήξης και απάθειας. Η \nπροσπάθεια αναπαράστασης ενός αποστειρωμένου κόσμου. Έτσι, \nπαρουσιάζεται το έργο καλλιτεχνών όπως η Sarah Jones, η Hannah Starkey, \nη Frances Kearney, η Rineke Dijkstra και ο Thomas Ruff. Ο καθένας τους \nαντιμετωπίζει το θέμα με διαφορετικό ύφος, όμως είναι κοινή η ιδέα για τη \nδημιουργία ενός περίεργου κόσμου γεμάτο από ανθρώπους που νιώθουν \nανία. Επίσης έχω επηρεαστεί από την «ποιητική του χώρου» του Gaston\nBachelard και τη σχέση της ανάμνησης με το χώρο. Το σπίτι περιλαμβάνει τις\nαναμνήσεις και τα βιώματα των ανθρώπων που το κατοικούν. Ο τρόπους που \nθα αντιμετωπιστεί ένας τέτοιος χώρος διαφέρει και είναι σημαντικό γιατί \nμεταφέρει και άλλο μήνυμα. Τέλος, υπάρχει η αναφορά καλλιτεχνών όπως η Cristina Coral, η Anni Leppälä και \nη Elina Brotherus υπήρξαν επιρροή για τον έργο μου καθώς έχουν \nπαρόμοια αισθητική.",
