    "description" : "Η ακράτεια ούρων (ΑΟ) αποτελεί συχνό πρόβλημα του γυναικείου πληθυσμού,\nεπηρεάζοντας σημαντικά την ποιότητα ζωής τους. Σύμφωνα με τις διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες\nοδηγίες, η κύρια θεραπευτική προσέγγιση είναι συντηρητική και περιλαμβάνει αλλαγές στον\nτρόπο ζωής, ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης των μυών του πυελικού εδάφους (Pelvic Floor Muscle\nTraining-PFMT) και προγραμματισμένη ούρηση για επανεκπαίδευση της κύστης. Ένα\nπρόγραμμα PFMT αποσκοπεί στην βελτίωση της λειτουργικότητας των PFM, δηλαδή της\nμυϊκής ισχύος τους, της αντοχής τους και του συντονισμού τους. Η ποσοτική αξιολόγηση της\nαποτελεσματικότητας ενός προγράμματος εκπαίδευσης των μυών του πυελικού εδάφους\n(PFMT) σε γυναίκες με ακράτεια ούρων είναι εφικτή, αξιόπιστη και έγκυρη. Αυτό\nεπιτυγχάνεται μέσω της χρήσης σταθμισμένων ερωτηματολογίων, ειδικά σχεδιασμένων για την\nεκτίμηση των συμπτωμάτων και της επίδρασής τους στην ποιότητα ζωής των γυναικών.",
