      "@value" : "Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία έχει τίτλο «Εννοιολογική μοντελοποίηση των δημόσιων υπηρεσιών». Το έναυσμα για την έρευνα υπήρξε η γενικότερη στροφή προς την ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση (e-government) και τις πύλες ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης (e-government portals), η αύξηση του ενδιαφέροντος των πολιτών και των επιχειρήσεων για την ηλεκτρονική εξυπηρέτηση των συναλλαγών τους με το δημόσιο και τέλος η έλλειψη ενός κοινά αποδεκτού μοντέλου κατηγοριών δημόσιων υπηρεσιών.\nΣτόχοι της έρευνας είναι η δημιουργία ενός μοντέλου με όλες τις κατηγορίες δημόσιων υπηρεσιών που θα πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει ένα portal, η δημιουργία μιας οντολογίας με τις κατηγορίες αυτές και τέλος η εφαρμογή των δεδομένων και των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας στην τεχνολογία “Pivot” της Microsoft.\nΗ πρόταση των κατηγοριών δημόσιων υπηρεσιών, βασίστηκε στην μελέτη κυβερνητικών πυλών (portals) από 52 χώρες από όλον τον κόσμο αλλά και στην υπάρχουσα βιβλιογραφία. Δημιουργήθηκαν συγκριτικοί πίνακες και διαγράμματα τα οποία τεκμηριώνουν πλήρως την τελική πρόταση η οποία απεικονίστηκε και αναλύθηκε σε πρόγραμμα επεξεργασίας οντολογιών (“Protégé”) και σε μια νέα μορφής τεχνολογία (“Pivot”).\nΤα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας ήταν η δημιουργία ενός μοντέλου που περιλαμβάνει τις κατηγορίες δημόσιων υπηρεσιών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, πρόκειται για: 14 κατηγορίες δημόσιων υπηρεσιών, με 87 υποκατηγορίες και 180 υπο-υποκατηγορίες. Επίσης ανακαλύφθηκαν πολλά χρήσιμα ευρήματα όσον αφορά τον τρόπο δόμησης και παρουσίασης των κατηγοριών δημόσιων υπηρεσιών από τα κυβερνητικά portals και με βάση αυτά δημιουργήθηκαν και άλλα επιμέρους μοντέλα που στηρίζονται όμως στο βασικό. Τέλος, δημιουργήθηκαν και δύο «συλλογές» με τη βοήθεια του Pivot, μία με τις κατηγορίες δημόσιων υπηρεσιών και μία με τα κυβερνητικά Portals. \nΕμπόδιο για την έρευνα υπήρξε η έλλειψη βιβλιογραφικών πηγών που να αναλύουν εις βάθος τις κατηγορίες δημόσιων υπηρεσιών. Αυτό όμως υπήρξε και έναυσμα για την παρουσίαση μιας ολοκληρωμένης και πλήρους μελέτης όσον αφορά τον τομέα αυτόν."
