      "@value" : "Η διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο τον πράσινο μετασχηματισμό και τις δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για την επιτυχημένη μετάβαση σε ένα βιώσιμο και περιβαλλοντικά φιλικό μέλλον. Εστιάζει στις αλλαγές που επιφέρει η στροφή σε πράσινες πρακτικές στις επιχειρήσεις, καθώς και στις νέες δεξιότητες που πρέπει να αναπτύξουν οι εργαζόμενοι για να ανταποκριθούν στις απαιτήσεις της πράσινης οικονομίας.\nΗ έρευνα περιλαμβάνει τη δημιουργία και τη διανομή ενός ερωτηματολογίου σε εργαζόμενους από διάφορους επαγγελματικούς κλάδους, με στόχο τη διερεύνηση των απόψεων, της προσαρμοστικότητας και της ετοιμότητάς τους για τον πράσινο μετασχηματισμό. Παράλληλα, εξετάζονται τα επίπεδα εξοικείωσης με πράσινες δεξιότητες, όπως είναι η διαχείριση ενέργειας, η κυκλική οικονομία και η χρήση φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον τεχνολογιών. Επιπλέον, η ανάλυση της έρευνας επιδιώκει να εξετάσει αν τα δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά όπως είναι το φύλο, η ηλικία, η εκπαίδευση και  τα  χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας στην εκάστοτε εταιρία, επηρεάζουν τη γενική κατανόηση του πράσινου μετασχηματισμού και να δοθούν πιθανές λύσεις για την ενίσχυσή της.\nΗ εργασία προτείνει πρακτικές παρεμβάσεις για τη βελτίωση της εκπαίδευσης και την ενίσχυση της πράσινης κουλτούρας στους χώρους εργασίας, συνεισφέροντας στην ενίσχυση της βιωσιμότητας σε τοπικό και διεθνές επίπεδο."
