      "@value" : "Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο «Η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη στον ξενοδοχειακό τομέα: Η αποδοχή της τεχνολογικής αντιπροσώπευσης από τους επισκέπτες», εκπονήθηκε από την μεταπτυχιακή φοιτήτρια Παναγιώτα Κεκελιάδου, στα πλαίσια μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών του Δια τμηματικού Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας. Ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιανουάριο του 2025 με επιβλέπουσα την επίκουρη καθηγήτρια Ελένη Μαυραγάνη.\nΣκοπός της εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει τους παράγοντες (αντιλαμβανόμενη ηθική, αντιλαμβανόμενα οφέλη, αντιλαμβανόμενοι κίνδυνοι και προσανατολισμός στην ευκολία) που επηρεάζουν την αποδοχή της τεχνολογικής αντιπροσώπευσης από τους επισκέπτες των ξενοδοχείων κατά την διαμονή τους σε αυτά. Η ραγδαία ανάπτυξη της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, ώθησε αρκετές ξενοδοχειακές επιχειρήσεις για να παραμείνουν ανταγωνιστικές να υιοθετήσουν συστήματα που βασίζονται στην τεχνητή νοημοσύνη και να εφαρμόσουν την δυνατότητα τεχνολογικής αντιπροσώπευσης για τους πελάτες τους.\nΑρχικά, δόθηκαν"
