Μέσα από ανασκόπηση της \nβιβλιογραφίας και μια μελέτη περίπτωσης της Fujitsu, εξετάζεται η εφαρμογή του \nμοντέλου, τα πλεονεκτήματα, οι προκλήσεις και οι προοπτικές που προσφέρει. Τα \nαποτελέσματα υποδεικνύουν ότι το Hub and Spoke μπορεί να μειώσει τα λειτουργικά \nκόστη, να ενισχύσει την καινοτομία και να βελτιώσει την εμπειρία των εργαζομένων, ενώ \nσυμβάλλει στη βιωσιμότητα και την εταιρική υπευθυνότητα. Ωστόσο, η επιτυχία του \nεξαρτάται από την αποτελεσματική τεχνολογική υποστήριξη και τον συντονισμό μεταξύ \nτου κεντρικού Hub και των τοπικών Spokes.
