This dissertation was written as part of the MSc in Executive MBA at the International Hellenic University. This dissertation offers an inside view of the company VIPA Greece who is active in the trading of recovered materials. We will review the strong and week points of the company by using a SWOT Analysis and focus on what the company is currently doing by using the Business Model Canvas. Afterwards we will review the targets of the company and what needs to be done to get there by using the technique of the Balanced Scorecard. The dissertation then will present the latest expansion investments of the company and inform of their current status, bringing us to the aim of the paper which is a proposal for the solution of the current issues that the company is facing on its investments and on its overall function.
