The legislative landscape of the European Union (EU) is complicated, with a wide range of regulations, directives, and decisions affecting many elements of society and industry. Accessing and interpreting EU legislation can be difficult for citizens, corporations, and policymakers alike. This thesis suggests creating "EU Legislator," a chatbot that would help people access and interpret EU regulations. EU Legislator, which uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques, seeks to give users with personalised aid in navigating the complex web of EU rules. The chatbot's user-friendly interface will allow users to search for specific legislation, receive explanations of legal ideas, and get advice on compliance needs. Furthermore, the EU Legislator will provide multilingual help to accommodate the linguistic diversity of EU members. The chatbot's effectiveness and usability will be tested via user testing and feedback. EU Legislator has the ability to increase transparency, improve compliance, and empower stakeholders to better manage the complexities of the EU legal environment by making EU legislation more accessible.
