Στόχοι της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση στοιχείων της ελληνικής γαλακτοβιομηχανίας και η χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση της εταιρίας ΕΒΡΟΦΑΡΜΑ Α.Ε. Όσον αφορά τον κλάδο, εξετάζονται τα ιστορικά και θεμελιώδη στοιχεία του, το εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό περιβάλλον, οι δυνάμεις προσφοράς και ζήτησης καθώς και το εμπορικό ισοζύγιο. Όσον αφορά την εταιρία, αναλύεται η χρηματοοικονομική της κατάσταση μέσα από αριθμοδείκτες, πίνακες, διαγράμματα και σχόλια, αφού πρώτα ορισθεί το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο και τα βασικά στοιχεία που χαρακτηρίζουν την εταιρία. Κατά συνέπεια προκύπτουν συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις για τον κλάδο και την εταιρία, που αναφέρονται στην τελευταία ενότητα της μελέτης. (EL)
The aim of this research is to present findings on the Greek dairy industry and the financial analysis of the firm EVROFARMA S.A. When it comes to the sector, we examine the historical and fundamental elements, the internal and the external environment, the supply and the demand, as well as the balance of trade. When it comes to the firm, we analyze the finances through ratios, matrixes, diagrams and comments, having first defined the theoretical background and the basic elements that characterize the firm. As a result, conclusions and suggestions are drawn with regards to the sector and the firm and these are mentioned on the last unit of this research. (EL)
