Γιαννακούλα, ΑναστασίαΓώγου, ΛίναΣτη παρούσα εργασία μελετήθηκαν οι επιδράσεις διαφορετικών συγκεντρώσεων ζεόλιθου υπό συνθήκες υδατικής καταπόνησης σε φυτά μέντα (Mentha sp.). Επιλέχθησαν φυτά Mentha sp. L., τα οποία χωρίστηκαν σε 3 ομάδες των 20. Τα 20 πρώτα αρδεύτηκαν κανονικά, τα επόμενα 20 αρδεύτηκαν με το 50 % της υδατικής του ικανότητας και τα 20 τελευταία αρδεύονταν μόνο όταν έβρεχε. Σε κάθε ομάδα φυτών στα 5 πρώτα έγινε προσθηκη 25 gr ζεόλιθου/ γλάστρα, στα επόμενα 5, προστέθηκαν 50 gr ζεόλιθου/ γλάστρα, στα προτελευταία 5 προστέθηκαν 75 gr ζεόλιθου/ γλάστρα ενω τα τελευταία 5 ήταν ο μάρτυρας που δεν προστέθηκε καθόλου ζεόλιθος. Πραγματοποιήθηκαν μετρήσεις για τον προσδιορισμό των μακροστοιχείων Καλίου, Φωσφόρου, και Νιτρικών καθώς και του pH των εδαφικών δείγματων που ελήφθησαν από τις γλάστρες. Ακόμη πραγματοποιήθηκαν μετρήσεις σε δέιγματα βλαστών και φύλλων για το προσδιορισμό των χρωστικών, φαινολών αλλά και του φθορισμού της χλωροφύλλης. Παρατηρήθηκαν αισθητές μεταβολές στις περισσότερες παραμέτρουςIn the present dissertation was studied the effects of different concentrations of zeolite under conditions of irrigation stress on mint plants (Mentha sp.) They were used 60 pots with mint plants and they were divided in 3 groups of 20 pots each. The first pots were irrigated normal, the second 20 pots were irrigated with 50 % of the normal irrigation and the last 20 pots were irrigated only when it rained. In each group of 20 pots, the first 5 were fertilized with 25 gr zeolite / pot. The next 5 were fertilized with 50 gr zeolite / pot. The next 5 were fertilized with 75 zeolite gr / pot. The last 5 were not fertilized with any zeolite. Various measurements were carried out in soil samples from the pots to determine the concentration of the potassium, the phosphorous, the nitrates and the pH of the soil. Measurements were also carried out in leaf samples to determine the concentration of pigments, phenol and the chlorophyll fluorescence.
