Στόχος της παρούσας μελέτης ήταν η μελέτη του βελονισμού, καθώς και η εφαρμογή και δράση του στην αντιμετώπιση της ακμής και της παχυσαρκίας. Αρχικά αναλύθηκε εκτενώς ο τρόπος εφαρμογής του βελονισμού, τα στάδια και τα σημεία εισαγωγής των βελονών έτσι ώστε να γίνει πλήρης κατανόηση της διαδικασίας του. Στη συνέχεια έγινε αναφορά στα σημαντικότερα είδη βελονισμού και στη χρήση αυτών για την καταπολέμηση αισθητικών και ιατρικών προβλημάτων. Επίσης, εξετάστηκαν άρθρα με μελέτες σχετικά με τη θεραπεία της ακμής και της παχυσαρκίας με τη βοήθεια βελονισμού. Εν κατακλείδι, διερευνήθηκαν και περιγράφηκαν τα αποτελέσματά της μελετώμενης μεθόδου. (EL)
The objective of this study was the study of acupuncture, and the implementation and effect of the treatment of acne and obesity. Originally extensively analyzed how to apply acupuncture stages and needle entry points in order to fully understand the process. Then reference was the major species acupuncture and their use in combating medical and aesthetic problems. Also, articles were examined in studies on the treatment of acne and obesity with the help of acupuncture. In conclusion, they investigated and described the results of the envisaged method. (EL)
