      "@value" : "Σε αυτό το άρθρο γίνεται εκτεταμένη ανάλυση των εννοιών του Εθελοντισμού, των κινήτρων του Εθελοντισμού και του τρόπου προώθησής του, της έννοιας του mentoring και της συνεισφοράς του στον Εθελοντισμό, του θεσμικού πλαισίου της ειδικής αγωγής στα σχολεία, καθώς και του ρόλου των κοινωνικών θεσμών στην προώθηση του Εθελοντισμού και της Μεντορείας. Επισημαίνεται ο ειδικός ρόλος του εθελοντισμού σε συνδυασμό με την Μεντορεία στις εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις στη σύγχρονη κοινωνία σε μία προσπάθεια να προβληθεί η σημασία τους και η αξία τους. Μέσα απ΄ την διεξοδική καταγραφή υφιστάμενων ερευνών για την αξία της μεντορείας και της επίδρασής της στο εθελοντικό έργο ατόμων στο χώρο της εκπαίδευσης διατυπώνονται ευρήματα για τα οφέλη της εθελοντικής εργασίας ατόμων σε μαθητές με μαθησιακά προβλήματα, για το σημαντικό ρόλο που διαδραματίζει η μεντορεία από τους επαγγελματίες εκπαιδευτικούς σε ανειδίκευτους εκπαιδευτικούς και από αυτούς κατ’ επέκταση στους μαθητές."
