Σε αυτό το συμπέρασμα καταλήγουν οιεφαρμοζόμενες πρακτικές αναγνώρισης δικαιωμά-των στους ευέλικτα απασχολούμενους. Επιπλέον, ηαπελευθέρωση των απολύσεων με αντιστάθμισματην ασφαλή επανένταξη των ανέργων με βάση τοδανικό παράδειγμα δεν είναι δυνατόν να εξαχθείκαι να γενικευθεί, λόγω των ιδιαιτεροτήτων πουτο χαρακτηρίζουν. Τέλος, δημιουργούνται εύλογαερωτήματα για το περιεχόμενο της ασφάλειας μετάτην αβέβαιη περιπλάνηση των απολυμένων προςτην επανένταξη και για το ενδεχόμενο μετακύλησηςτου βάρους ευθύνης από τις επιχειρήσεις προς τοκοινωνικό σύνολο, με αποτέλεσμα να διευρύνονταιοι κοινωνικές ανισότητες και να απορρυθμίζονται οιεργασιακές σχέσεις και το εργατικό Δίκαιο, με όρουςεπαναρρύθμισης.The combination of flexibility and security entailsan inherent contradiction between thesetwo competing poles, to such a degree that –asevidenced by the practices related to the recognitionof the rights of those working underflexible terms– the so-called balance betweenthem remains a mere declaration. Furthermore,the liberalization of dismissals counterbalancedby ensured reintegration of the unemployed,based on the Danish example, cannot be universallyapplied due to its specificities.
