Κασιμάτη, ΚούλαΤο άρθρο πραγματεύεται το ζήτημα της κοινωνι-κής ένταξης των μεταναστριών από την Αλβανία,Ουκρανία και Πολωνία οι οποίες έχουν εγκατα-σταθεί στην Ελλάδα και εργάζονται ως οικιακέςβοηθοί. Περιγράφονται τα χαρακτηριστικά τηςμεταναστευτικής εμπειρίας αυτών των ομάδωνκαι συγκρίνονται με βάση την εθνικότητα τους.Επίσης αναλύεται η στρατηγική μετανάστευσηςσε νομικό επίπεδο και στο επίπεδο της αγοράςεργασίας. Οι παράμετροι της κοινωνικής έντα-ξης των μεταναστριών που εξετάζονται είναι: τοπεριβάλλον των κοινωνικών τους δικτύων και οισχέσεις με τις υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής πρόνοιαςστους τομείς της υγείας και της εκπαίδευσης.Ειδικότερα εξετάζονται οι περιπτώσεις τωνΟΑΕΔ και ΙΚΑ. Η υπόθεση εργασίας που προκύ-πτει από την ανάλυση είναι ότι η καταγωγή τωνμεταναστριών διαφοροποιεί το βαθμό ένταξηςτους στην ελληνική κοινωνία καθώς και τον τρό-πο που αντιμετωπίζονται από τους Έλληνες.The meaning of the term social integrationis circmscribed for the study of immigrantwomen from Albania, the Ukraine and Poland,who have settled in our country as domesticassistants. The characteristics of theirimmigration are portrayed and comparedaccording to nationality. Furthermore, theimmigration stradegy, adopted at the legallevel and the level of the labour market, isexplored. Elements of the social integrationof immigrant women are: the environment oftheir social associations; their relations withthe Greek social services in the sectors ofhealth, education, the services of organizationof employment (OΑΕΔ), and the Institutionof Social Security (IKA).
