      "@value" : "Στις μέρες μας, η ενασχόληση με την Ιστορία δεν αποτελεί αποκλειστικό προνόμιο των ακαδημαϊκών. Με τη εξάπλωση της τεχνολογίας και τη διείσδυση των ΜΜΕ σε κάθε έκφανση της καθημερινότητας, υφίσταται διάχυσή της στη δημόσια σφαίρα, συγκροτώντας το πεδίο της Δημόσιας Ιστορίας. Στο εν λόγω πεδίο, η τηλεόραση παίζει πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο για τη μετάδοση των ιστορικών γνώσεων σε σημείο που να γίνεται πλέον λόγος για edu-tainment ή και histo-tainment» (εκπαιδευτική, ιστορική διασκέδαση). Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει τη σχέση της Ιστορίας με την τηλεοπτική διαφήμιση και καταλήγει στο συμπέρασμα ότι η θέση της Ιστορίας στην τηλεοπτική διαφήμιση εκτείνεται πέρα από την εκπαιδευτική, ιστορική διασκέδαση. Διαπραγματεύεται τον όρο ιστοριο-κατανάλωση (histo-consuming) υποδεικνύοντας ότι πλέον η Ιστορία αποτελεί μέσο για την κατανάλωση αγαθών, προσδιορίζοντας ένα νέο πεδίο της προσέγγισης της ιστορικής γνώσης."
