      "@value" : "Η χρήση των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορίας και Επικοινωνιών (ΤΠΕ) ως νοητικά εργαλεία θεωρείται σημαντικός παράγοντας για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας σε όλο το φάσμα της υποχρεωτικής εκπαίδευσης. Η μελέτη που παρουσιάζεται διερευνά τοντρόπο με τον οποίο οι εκπαιδευτικοί, οι επιμορφωτές και τα διοικητικά στελέχη κατανοούν τη θέση των ΤΠΕ στα επαγγέλματα γης των Επαγγελματικών Λυκείων με έμφαση στη χρήση τους ως νοητικά εργαλεία. Μέσα από την επεξεργασία 16 ημιδομημένων συνεντεύξεων εκπαιδευτικών και διευθυντών διαφαίνεται ότι η χρήση των ΤΠΕ περιορίζεται στην παρουσίαση πληροφοριών από τους εκπαιδευτικούς και ως εναλλακτικής επιλογής κατά την απουσία του εργαστηριακού εξοπλισμού, ενώ οι αναφορές στη χρήση τους ως νοητικά εργαλεία είναι περιορισμένες. Στους παράγοντες που συμβάλλουν στην περιορισμένη, ως προς τη μαθησιακή αξία, χρήση των ΤΠΕ επισημαίνονται: η έλλειψη παιδαγωγικού διαλόγου εντός των σχολικών μονάδων, η απουσία οριζόντιων δράσεων και πειραματισμού και η αποδοχή από την πλευρά τωνεκπαιδευτικών και των διευθυντών του συγκεντρωτικού μοντέλου διοίκησης της εκπαίδευσης. Η περιορισμένη ένταξη των ΤΠΕ ως νοητικά εργαλεία είναι ενδεικτική βαθύτερων και γενικότερων προβλημάτων της οργάνωσης και της διοίκησης τηςτεχνικής εκπαίδευσης, τα οποία χρήζουν περαιτέρω διερεύνησης."
