      "@value" : "Υποστηρίζεται ότι η σχεδίαση και ενσωμάτωση των οπτικών συμβόλων στη διδασκαλία, ενισχύει την ικανότητα των παιδιών για μάθηση. Κύριο σκοπό της παρούσας μελέτης αποτέλεσε η διερεύνηση και αξιολόγηση της επίδρασης ψηφιακών οπτικών συμβόλων στη μάθηση για θέματα διατροφής σε παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 169 νήπια και προνήπια, 41 από τα οποία αποτέλεσαν την ομάδα ελέγχου και 128 την ομάδα παρέμβασης. Ως μέσο συλλογής δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα ανώνυμο ερωτηματολόγιο με 24 ερωτήσεις κλειστού τύπου. Αρχικά καταγράφηκαν μέσω του ερωτηματολόγιου οι προϋπάρχουσες γνώσεις των νηπίων σχετικά με τη διατροφή. Όσο αφορά την ομάδα ελέγχου διδάχθηκε θέματα διατροφής με τον τυπικό τρόπο διδασκαλίας ενώ στην ομάδα παρέμβασης για δύο μήνες προβλήθηκαν οπτικά σύμβολα με θέμα τη διατροφή. Μετά το πέρας της διδασκαλίας επαναλήφθηκε το ίδιο ερωτηματολόγιο για να καταγραφούν τυχόν αλλαγές στις γνώσεις των νηπίων. Από την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων προέκυψε ότι όσοι μαθητές διδάχθηκαν με τη χρήση ψηφιακών οπτικών συμβόλων παρουσίασαν στατιστικά σημαντικά καλύτερη επίδοση στο σχετικό ερωτηματολόγιο γνώσεων σε σχέση με αυτούς που διδάχθηκαν με τον τυπικό τρόπο διδασκαλίας. Τα αποτελέσματα μπορούν να ληφθούν υπόψη για τον σχεδιασμό ανάλογων διδακτικών παρεμβάσεων που αφορούν κοινωνικά ζητήματα όπως το κάπνισμα, την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, τον ρατσισμό, τον σχολικό εκφοβισμό και όχι μόνο."
