This paper addresses a topic of no little interest to contemporary philosophical discourse, concerning the three great Greek philosophers who moved to Paris in 1945 and worked upon similar fields of philosophy, though never constituted a sirgle group. Regarding the three main factors of evaluating the various forms of parallel courses in the history of philosophy, several examples of other “schools” or “circles” are discussed, in order to distinguish the “cooperation”, the “motive” and the “homogeneous heritage” as fundamental criteria of group assembling in the history of philosophy -either of their own will or, subsequently, in bibliography. The paper concludes with the question: “why has this research plan not been studied till now?” while drawing through it a few final thoughts about the limits of questioning in the history of philosophy and the state of relevant research in Greece today.
