      "@value" : "Η διπλωματική εργασία αφορά την δημιουργία ενός\nκέντρου περιβαλλοντικής ενημέρωσης και βιολογικού\nκαθαρισμού του νερού αποτελώντας μια υδάτινη γέφυρα\nενώνοντας έμμεσα τις δυο πλευρές της πόλης της\nΛάρισας. Η πρόταση εντοπίζεται στην κοίτη του ποταμού\nΠηνειού και ακουμπά στις δυο πλευρές της πόλης.\nΑποτελείται από μια διαδοχή κτιρίων με λειτουργίες και\nδραστηριότητες σχετικά με την ενημέρωση και\nπληροφόρηση των πολιτών για θέματα έλλειψης νερού\nκαθώς και μια ολοκληρωμένη διαδικασία βιολογικού\nκαθαρισμού του.\nΣτα βορειοδυτικά όρια της πόλης εκεί που ο ποταμός\nΠηνειός περνά μέσα από την πόλη της Λάρισας\nπροτείνεται η απομάκρυνση της υπάρχουσας πεζογέφυρας\nκαι η αντικατάστασή της με μια υδάτινη γέφυρα. Η\nγέφυρα που υπάρχει αποτελεί όριο και εμπόδιο\nδραστηριοτήτων και διαδρομών που λαμβάνουν χώρα στη\nκοίτη του ποταμού.\nΣκοπός της πρότασης είναι η δυνατότητα συγκέντρωσης\nπολιτών στη κοίτη και μελλοντική ανάπτυξη, επέκταση\nκαι διαμόρφωση της εγκαταλελειμμένης κοίτης του\nποταμού."
