Με τη μελέτη αυτή γίνεται προσπάθεια καταγραφής του σκοπού της προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης και ανάδειξης των συνεπειών της πλήρους ένταξης της διαδικασίας αυτής στο δικονομικό σύστημα.
In this publication the author gives a registration of the aim of the preliminary examination and shows the consequences of the complete integration of this procedure to the procedural system.
