In nowadays there are many things that are available for companies in order to invest. Every country and every sector have its own special characteristic and opportunity. Generally economic crises and the difficult way to forecast some future status is the reason, which those opportunities became extremely difficult to be seen.
Even with that difficult situation, some specific things were, are and will be always the same for people. There are things that we all need sometimes in our life. Some of us cannot have many times in our life, but there are people that can always do anything they want. Even with this crisis, tourism is something that will always be one of the most important sectors for every country and every company around the world. Tourism is some sector that all companies and countries are trying every year to become better in order to attract more people.
Tourism in Greece is the only sector that is still available in order to make business, invest and generate money. The last 8 years, since crisis started, several governments made serious sets of changes in Greece. Some of those changes should be done many years before in order for the Greek system to be ‘ready’ for that dramatic status in economic world today.
Those changes became extremely difficult for people who have some property in this country. In addition with changes, the high level of taxes and the high numbers of unemployment people, made the situation to be in deadlock. Government starts to ask for money from people who got from their parents some extra piece of land in the middle of somewhere. This land became so expensive for their owners that the only solution most of the times became the sale of that property.
This sector is the one which got an extremely bad hit and made most of them to be sad for their decades of working in order to build or just buy some part of land in order to give it in future to their children. The construction cost became extremely low. Generally, everything that needed for buildings to be done became extremely cheap. Technology, services, accessories and many other things made the total cost of some room hotel to be low. In that, specific moment is the born of the idea of an investment group that will go to operate in those damaged sectors.
