Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει τη διαμόρφωση και την αξιολόγηση Σχεδίων και Φακέλων Ασφάλειας και Υγείας στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη. Η έρευνα περιλαμβάνει μια ολοκληρωμένη ανασκόπηση των εννοιών υγείας και ασφάλειας, την ιστορική εξέλιξη του κατασκευαστικού τομέα στην Ελλάδα και μια συγκριτική ανάλυση των κατασκευαστικών πρακτικών σε όλη την Ευρώπη. Η μεθοδολογία ενσωματώνει στρατηγικές διαχείρισης κινδύνου, ψηφιακές τεχνολογίες και βιώσιμες κατασκευαστικές πρακτικές. Τα βασικά ευρήματα συντίθενται σε πρακτικές συστάσεις για τη βελτίωση των μέτρων ασφαλείας, την προώθηση της καινοτομίας και την αντιμετώπιση των αναδυόμενων προκλήσεων. Παρέχεται επίσης ένα μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο ανάλυσης ΣΑΥ-ΦΑΥ για την πρακτική εφαρμογή των διαμορφωμένων σχεδίων, απεικονίζοντας την αποτελεσματικότητά τους σε κατασκευαστικά έργα. (EL)
The present study examines the formulation and evaluation of Safety and Health Plans and Files in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on Greece and Europe. The research includes a comprehensive review of health and safety concepts, the historical development of the construction sector in Greece and a comparative analysis of construction practices across Europe. The methodology incorporates risk management strategies, digital technologies and sustainable construction practices. Key findings are compiled into practical recommendations to improve security measures, promote innovation and address emerging challenges. A methodological framework for OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) analysis is also provided for the practical application of the formulated plans, illustrating their effectiveness in construction projects.
