Subject of this thesis is the presentation of the management of public works warehouse configuration 27 at the port of Thessaloniki. First, place the presentation of the port facilities in Thessaloniki, then, refers to the purpose of the project which is the configuration section of the warehouse 27 of the TPA SA in order to transfer there the hardware store, the engineers of media management offices and locker rooms, bathrooms and the space accommodation operators. Then, referring to the work carried out and how the project management and finally, the conclusions which emerged from the project.
