Διερεύνηση της οικονομικότητας της βιολογικής καλλιέργειας της ελιάς στο Νόμο Δωδεκανήσου

The subject of this thesis is the presentation of the olive in the county Dodecanese organic. Initially, a throwback place the object of organic farming and how it was established by the European Union. Then, reference is made to transition from conventional farming to organic to install a new olive grove, and the cultivation techniques required for conservation and maintenance. Extensive analysis of biological pest of olive growing in accordance with the regulations governing organic agriculture and presented enemies and diseases that can affect an olive cultivation. Finally, given the conclusions derived from research, focused on the fact that should motivate farmers to shift to alternative cultivation of olives or as comprehensive or as organic production in order to bring about the resolution of the crop problems.
