Subject of this thesis is to present the organization and editing of the school library material of the 2nd Primary Schools Kalamaria and registration of entries in ABEKT. First, place the presentation of the school library. Then, referring to the selection of the material recording program and the rules it has. Then, the way one item in the list subscription creation is analyzed, the way import and processing of records in ABEKT system and finally the image indexes, securities, individuals, corporate bodies and issues.
